Andrew Keba
Andy joined Natural Capital in January 2008, after first working for Groundwork as an environmental projects officer and then for Jacobs UK as a graduate consultant.
Key Skills/Specialisms
Andy is an Environmental Scientist specialising in Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA). Andy also undertakes work on Habitats Regulations Assessment and Environmental Management. His key skills include research, project management, GIS mapping, ecological site surveying and hydrology.Key Capabilities
At Natural Capital Andy has worked on a variety of environmental assessment projects at both strategic and detailed levels. At the strategic level Andy has worked with local councils in both England and Scotland, completing SEA work for a variety of plans ranging from core strategy and main issue reports to core path networks and site-specific development plans. On a more detailed level Andy has worked on EIAs for Diageo and Transport Scotland and on Habitats Regulations Assessments for Scottish Power and Blyth Valley Borough Council. Andy is also currently undertaking the role of Ecological Clerk of Works for the M80 upgrade in western Scotland.
