Paddy joined Natural Capital in 2005. Prior to joining she worked as an Assistant Project Manager and Revenue Administrator for Quintiles Ltd and for the Department of Agriculture, Northern Ireland as an Assistant Scientific Officer.

Key Capabilities
At Natural Capital she has managed and worked on a variety of environmental assessment projects including 2 major road infrastructure schemes, a new pier in Shetland, a proposed fishmeal plant in Shetland, various major cable connector routes as part of the development of Scottish renewables. Other projects include Strategic Environmental Assessment, STAG 1 and 2 assessments for major road schemes, biodiversity, sustainable development and land management projects. Key capabilities include project management, the coordination and management of multidisciplinary teams, client liaison, on-site management, consultation, facilitation, desk based research and ecological site surveying.
